Luke is one of the most empathetic individuals I have ever worked with in my adult life. His approach to training is very methodical and is backed by a wealth of knowledge regarding training, lifestyle, and nutrition. I have been working with Luke for just under a year now but the amount I have grown and learned from his guidance is impeccable. When I started training with Luke, I was suffering from chronic shoulder pain as a result of many years of volleyball and a poor rehab attempt after a rotator cuff surgery. I had always been weak in my upper body due to this and to my surprise, my lower body wasn't much better. Luke comes to OPEX Fitness Regina with 11 years of experience in fitness and 6 years’ experience as a full-time coach including PICP Level 1 and 2, Precision nutrition level 1 and 2, as well as numerous weekend certifications.
